Virgin Active SA Silent Yoga & Beach Clean-up
We enjoyed such a great morning with Virgin Active SA and Clean C on the beautiful Dolphin Beach in Blouberg. The weather was perfect as we all rolled up our sleeves and tucked in to help keep our beaches beautiful followed by a relaxing session of Silent Yoga. Definitely the way to enjoy a Saturday morning!

Virgin Active & Silent Events joined forces to assist Clean C in operation clean Dolphin Beach in Blouberg.
The morning saw 119 plus Capetonians ascend on Dolphin Beach to assist in the clean up. There was an atmosphere of excitement as our heroes took to the beach, dustbin bags in hand.
Who is Clean C
Clean C is a group of passionate South Africans that are dedicating their free time to cleaning South Africa’s beaches.
It doesn’t end there. Clean C have other initiatives such as ‘Beautiful Future’ where they invest in the underprivileged youth and ‘Run 2 Lead’.

Back to the beach
Our hero’s finished the operation with great success and restored Dolphin Beach back to its former glory.
To celebrate, Virgin Active had one of their Yogis take 59 people on a Silent Yoga session on the beach, with the headphones supplied by yours truly (Silent Events).
The headphones (needing no electricity and operating solely on battery) carried the voice of the instructor to everyone’s ears over the soothing music.
A very fun & interesting event to be a part of. Thanks Virgin Active & Clean C for the great initiative!
